Cappella Pratensis and Piffaro: A Mass for Manila

Miller Theatre's Early Music series brings together six acclaimed ensembles to explore the timeless beauty of Renaissance polyphony—at the exquisite Church of St. Mary the Virgin.

The Dutch vocal ensemble Cappella Pratensis and the American Renaissance wind band Piffaro unite for an international collaboration. Together they perform Francisco Guerrero’s Miss Sancta et immaculata, a program evoking the Immaculate Conception, to which the 16th-century cathedral in Manila was dedicated.
