Carter Burden Gallery Announces New Exhibitions by Re-Emerging Older Artists

Three new exhibitions featuring the stunning artwork of six re-emerging older artists will be display from January 6-26 at the Carter Burden Gallery located at 548 West 28th Street #534 in Manhattan.  The Carter Burden Gallery showcases the vibrant, cutting-edge and transformative art that is the product of the unique cultural wealth possessed by older professional artists.

Three Painters in the east gallery features Arnold Brooks, Susan Lisbin, and Rifka Milder. Their work includes paintings and prints using oil, acrylic, and mixed media exploring organic forms, geometric patterns, contrasting colors and lines.

Pathways in the west gallery features Azita Ghafouri and Eveline Luppi. Their works range from symbolic, evocative visual grids to subtle gradations and peaceful patterns.

On the Wall is an installation by Elton Tucker consisting of two large mixed media pieces on paper.  The work is vibrant and full of bold patterns, high energy and movement.
