The Carter Burden Network Celebrates Their 2018 Gala

Members of New York City’s philanthropic, business, health care and aging services communities will join forces on Monday, November 5, 2018 at the Carter Burden Network’s (CBN) annual gala to celebrate CBN’s 47-year commitment to fighting isolation among aging New Yorkers with love and belonging. The gala takes place at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel from 6:30 p.m. – 9:30 p.m.

The Carter Burden Network promotes the well-being of seniors 60 and older through a continuum of services, advocacy, arts and culture and volunteer programs in NYC.

Honored at this year’s fundraiser with the 2018 Business Leadership Award will be the Glick Family/GPG Properties for their long-time support of CBN and their role as a “pillar” of support in the NYC community.

Dinner Co-Chairs include Susan L. Burden and William Goldman and Margaret and Ian Smith.Vice Chair is Ken Kandel. Jeffrey A. Weber and Stacey Gillis Weber will serve as Honorary Chairs.

The evening will offer a cocktail reception, dinner, award presentation and video tribute to the Glick Family.
