This year’s line up includes Guittard, Gotham Wines and Liquors, Liddabit Sweets, Pacari, Tumbador, Pralus, Bonnat, Murray’s Cheese, Chocolat Moderne, MP Frederick Confectioners, Mille-Feuille, Ultramarinos and the Grenada Chocolate Company, curated by culinary historian and chocolate expert Alexandra Leaf.
