Cinco de Science: the science of taste

While in-person events are on hold, the cities that make up taste of science will be producing virtual events throughout the year.

Can you name the five major tastes? Does taste happen more on the tongue or in the brain? Enlighten your taste buds (and your brain) as we bring in scientists to explore the science of taste.

Come join us on Tuesday, May 5 at 7 pm EDT to learn about everything from how our body responds to taste to food production in the United States!
