Film Synopsis

For thousands of years, mysterious coconut-like fruits washed up on the shore of several countries. These strange fruits were big, hollow and strikingly similar in shape to a part of the female anatomy, but the strangest thing about them is that nobody knew where they came from. As the legend of this fruit spread, some people came to believe that they grew on the ocean floor and floated to the surface upon ripening. Even when the mystery was finally solved and the tree was found, the legends continued, with some believing that this was the ‘forbidden fruit’ mentioned in the Bible.

This film follows fruit hunter Jared Rydelek, as he travels to a remote island where this incredible tree grows in order to learn more about it and see if its possible to eat this forbidden fruit.
