Compassion and Limits: Creating Structure for Mindful Family Growth

What is mindfulness, and how can it support family life? In workshops led by Ayman Mukerji Househam, families can learn how to apply the tenets of mindfulness to family interactions. This final session concludes the series by providing participants with valuable tools to continue developing their mindful family practice at home.

Each session of this series combines teaching with working periods that can be applied to everyday family life. As a cumulative series, subsequent Mindfulness for Families sessions will build upon previous ones while providing accessible entry points for newcomers and single-session attendees.

This program is designed for children ages three to seven with accompanying adult(s).
