In Conversation: Valerie Steele and Tim Gunn

Take a behind-the-scenes look into the fashion world with Valerie Steele, director and chief curator of the Museum at Fashion Institute of Technology, and Tim Gunn, co-host of the Emmy Award-winning television series “Project Runway.”

Since 1997, Steele has organized more than 20 exhibitions at the Museum at FIT. She is also author of several books, including A Queer History of Fashion: From the Closet to the Catwalk (Yale, 2013), Shoe Obsession (Yale, 2013), Fashion Designers A-Z: The Collection of The Museum at FIT (Taschen, 2012) and Akris (Assouline, 2012).
