Join NYPL for the latest in a series of panel discussions exploring AI, presented in collaboration with Women TechExchange.
Vibe coding allows anyone to create a functional app or website by simply describing the “vibe” or intent to an AI. This session explores how this shift could democratize or stifle innovation. Our panel of experts will bridge the gap between theory and reality. This session will feature a live demonstration of vibe coding, showcasing how a simple concept can be transformed into a functional prototype in minutes.
Conversations About AI is a series of panel discussions that aims to make sense of how AI might affect your daily life, whether you're a professional, small business owner, artist, parent, student, or simply curious. You’ll hear about what’s changing and come to understand both how it impacts your work and community and some practical steps you can take to keep pace and be more equipped to navigate what’s ahead.
Please be advised that seating is first come first served and photographs will be taken at this event. If you prefer not to be photographed, please let our staff know at check-in.
This event is part of a series presented by The New York Public Library in collaboration with Women TechExchange as part of the Library's AI Literacy initiative.
The “Conversations about AI” series is made possible by the generous support of Google.org.
