Coronavirus Explained: Documenting a Crisis with John Harris and John Domokos

As the coronavirus continues to affect communities the world over, John Harris and John Domokos, the Guardian columnist and video producer behind Anywhere but Westminster, will be joining us to discuss how people and places around the UK are responding to the crisis.

Anywhere but Westminster is a Guardian series that asks questions about power, community and the things affecting everyday life, beyond the chatter of the capital. With the impacts of the pandemic being felt across the country, Harris and Domokos have launched a new crowd-sourced video project, Life in Lockdown, documenting the impact of the UK.

How are families with young children coping? What support are those living in insecure housing receiving? What are the long-term implications of losing basic employment rights? During this online event, you will have the opportunity to ask your questions and interact with Harris and Domokos in real time as they discuss the series and their unique coverage of the pandemic.

Running time: 60 minutes.
