Deconstructing Bias in Leadership

Join StartingBloc and BE MORE to shift your perspective on unconscious bias and discover new pathways to becoming a more equity-centered leader. Participants will engage in an immersive activity on identity, learn the neuroscience of bias, and participate in an exercise designed to build the muscle of empathy. You can expect to leave with greater self-awareness, self-acceptance, and a deeper understanding of how racial and gender bias shows up unconsciously in leadership.
