Elsewhere, Together is the inaugural public program of Other Grounds, a curatorial platform exploring cinema, art, and collective study through questions of memory, migration, ritual, and worldmaking.

Bringing together moving-image works by Black filmmakers working across experimental, documentary, and essayistic forms, the evening considers how place is remembered, inherited, imagined, and remade. Through images of water, landscape, family, ritual, and movement, the program invites us to think about what it means to gather across distance and inhabit multiple worlds at once.
