An Evening with Leon Botstein and Barbara Haskell: WWI and American Art

Join us for a unique experience with musical historian Leon Botstein and renowned curator and art historian Barbara Haskell as they discuss how the massive devastation of the First World War influenced American art, culture, and music. Presented in conjunction with the exhibition World War I Beyond the Trenches. 

Leon Botstein, a celebrated music historian and conductor, is President of Bard College. Barbara Haskell is curator at the Whitney Museum of American Art. Dale Gregory (moderator) is Vice President for Public Programs at the New-York Historical Society.
