Free Chinese New Year Family Day

HudsonWay Immersion School (HWIS), in association with The Confucius Institute (https://www.njcu.edu/academics/university-centers/confucius-institute) and Jersey City University, will hold a festival in celebration of the Chinese New Year at JCC Manhattan, L2 Auditorium, on Sunday, February 3rd, from 2 to 4.

This event is open to the public, and will kick off with a lion dance, followed by a puppet show, student performances, dumpling making, Chinese crafts & games, and other hands-on activities. Snacks and beverages will also be provided!

HWIS is excited to be part of the Midtown West community starting September 2019, and is looking forward to introducing Chinese culture to families in the NY Metropolitan Area.
