Gaming for Girls Write Now Poker Tournament

Please join us on Thursday, November 20th for a poker tournament to benefit Girls Write Now, a literary and mentoring non-profit which pairs NYC high school girls with professional mentors in writing and media, helping to support and inspire the next generation of women writers!

Gaming for Girls Write Now will be hosted at Pen + Brush (29 E. 22nd Street) and will feature poker players Annie Duke, World Series of Poker Champion and author of Thinking In Bets, Katy Lederer, sister of Howard Lederer and Annie Duke and author of Poker Face, and Ellen Leikind, author of Poker Woman and CEO of PRIMApokerDIVAS, as well as the King Woman art exhibit.

This will be a night full of cards, culture, and cocktails, all while helping to benefit young female authors. There will be multiple casino games, hors d’oeuvres, wine, spirits, and exclusive prizes, as well as a chance to play at the high stakes table with Annie Duke! Red and black attire suggested.
