Girls Write Now CHAPTERS Readings with Author Tiphanie Yanique

Girls Write Now, an award-winning organization that helps underserved teen girls write by pairing them with a mentor from the writing profession, hosts CHAPTERS, a dynamic reading series in the spring at the Scholastic Store Auditorium in SoHo*.On March 20th, Tiphanie Yanique, author of Land of Love and Drowning, is the keynote speaker and girls from Girls Write Now will read their best work.

June 19th: Keynote speaker Quiara Alegría Hudes, author of The Happiest Song Plays Last; readings from the girls of Girls Write Now, 6-8PM; *note that this reading will be at Cooper Union
