GREEEN-WOOD’S DESIGNING WITH TREES

Gain a new appreciation for the enchanting landscape of Green-Wood on a guided walking tour taking place Sunday, July 10 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Boasting 7,000 trees, four ponds, and natural hills formed by the glacial moraine, Green-Wood’s landscape is one of the most intriguing, delightful and tranquil outdoor spaces in NYC. Green-Wood’s Vice President of Design and Landscape, Art Presson and Award-Winning Landscape Architect Matthew Urbanski (designer of Brooklyn Bridge Park and other major parks around the world) of Michael Van Valkenburgh Associates, will lead walkers through its hills and dales and discuss the art of design and imagination in natural settings.
