This year at Taste of Iceland in New York City, the Iceland Design Centre presents: Iceland’s Thriving Design and Architectural Scene. Join Halla Helgadóttir, Managing Director of the Iceland Design Centre, at A/D/O in Brooklyn for a discussion on Icelandic design and architecture. This free event will look at how the designer-driven community behind The Iceland Design Centre and DesignMarch has enabled Icelandic design and architecture to emerge on the scene and take its place in the world. DesignMarch is Iceland’s most important annual design festival covering all fields from fashion to furniture, architecture to food design, graphic and product design.
