Imagine Science Film Festival Screening, Panel & Reception: Closing Night With the Margaret Mead Film Festival

The Imagine Science Film Festival is in its seventh year of connecting the worlds of science and film. Celebrate the conclusion of this year’s fest at the Hayden Planetarium Space Theater, where the ISFF will team up with the The Margaret Mead Film Festival to present a series of movies by female filmmakers. The evening begins with 90 minutes of happy hour, followed by three science documentaries. Danish filmmaker Berit Madsen’s feature film debut, Sepideh, highlights the program, telling the story of an Iranian girl’s longing to become an astronaut. The night finishes with a panel discussion of women in science and film with award-winning producer and director Wendy Ettinger.
