Immigrant Voices: Aravella Simotas

Queens Historical Society welcomes a special guest: Assemblywoman Aravella Simotas to speak as part of our Immigrant Voices Series. NY State Assemblywoman Aravella Simotas who is from Astoria, Queens has made a name for herself as the first Greek-American to be elected to office in New York and the first female to be elected to office for her district. Join us as we welcome Councilwoman Arabella Simotas for an evening lecture.
