Italians of Brooklyn~Presentation and Book Signing By Marianna Randazzo

Author/educator, Marianna Randazzo gives a presentation on the Italian–American immigrant experience and the optimism, heroism, and determination that peppered the streets of her beloved Brooklyn. She’s the author of Italians of Brooklyn, a pictorial study of the lives of Italian–Americans and their assimilation into New York City.

Her other books, Given Away: A Sicilian Upbringing and her body of work about Italian-Americans have been the recipients of the Sons of Italy Literary Award and The Morgagni Medical Society of New York, Silver Medallion.

After her powerpoint presentation and Q & A session, Marianna will be selling and signing books.
