The Brass Queens, Flowmingos, and Brass Monkeys perform LIVE at Drom for JAMbalaya! NYC’s first and only New Orleans Funk jam.

JAMbalaya! is presented by a network of local brass bands and musicians influenced by the traditional and contemporary New Orleans styles of music with the mission to keep the spirit of the vibrant city alive and thriving  in NYC.

The revival of this unique tradition will honor  the notable New Orleans influenced establishments such as Bourbon Street Bar and Grille, The Infirmary, Ninth Ward, and Great Jones Cafe that have recently faced. closure.

This inaugural event will feature three of New York’s finest brass bands and a community brass jam to end the night. All musicians welcome!
