Joseph Weisman: After the Round-Up

Joseph Weismann is one of the only survivors of the Velodrome d’Hiver round-up of Jews by the French police in 1942. He was 11 years old. His parents were sent to Auschwitz but he managed to escape. How would he survive the rest of the war, hunted, mistreated and scared? After years of silence, Joseph has decided to tell his story, so that future generations would know. He’ll appear in person, with his translator, Richard Kutner. An event not to be missed.
