What you can expect from the program
Find out about the amazing health benefits of Korean food while you enjoy homemade Korean dinner and dessert.
Participants will receive recipes to take home and free books on Korean history and culture.
After the demonstration, we will show short documentaries on Korea.

Fermentation & Korean Food: Kimchi,, Kimchi Jeyuk Bokkeum Kimchi salad & Doenjang
Soup (Fermented bean paste soup)
Tuesday, July 18 at 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm
Vegetarian Tradition in Korea: Bibimbap, Japchae (sweet potato starch noodles with mixed veggies), Dubu jorim (Soybean curd in braising sauce), Namool (Green side dishes)
Sunday, July 30 at 4 pm to 6 pm
Finding Balance between Meat & Vegetable: Bulgogi, vegetable wraps with Doenjang
sauce, Namool (Green side dishes), Doenjang Stew, Kimchi Pancake
Menu: Meat Dish (Bulgogi, Jeyuk Bokkeum or Jjimdak), Japchae, Bibimbap, Korean Pancake, Kimchi Salad, Seafood Salad
Dessert: Sikhye (Fermented rice punch), Rice Cake, Ginger Cookie, Honey Glazed Walnut
