Focus of this class: Vegetarian Tradition in Korea: Bibimbap, Japchae (sweet potato starch noodles with mixed veggies), Dubu jorim (Soybean curd in braising sauce), Namool (Green side dishes)

What you can expect from the program:

Find out about the amazing health benefits of Korean food while you enjoy homemade Korean dinner and dessert.

Participants will receive recipes to take home and free books on Korean history and culture.

After the demonstration, we will show short documentaries on Korea.
