Legacy 36 Presents “Forever Linked”

Former Rockette Mary Six Rupert presents “Forever Linked,” a tap dance extravaganza that celebrates the history and the art of precision dance from The Tiller Girls to The Rockettes. The Legacy Dancers, a line of former Rockettes that still brings the house down, will be joined by various tappers, as well as guest speakers Sandra Bryant, descendent of a Tiller Girl, and 92-year old Muriel Bradshaw (on tape). Ms. Bradshaw started as a Roxyette, the precision dance troupe at the Roxy Theater. The group moved to Radio City Music Hall when it opened in 1932 and changed its name to the Rockettes.  Ms. Rupert, currently professor ot tap and jazz at Wagner College on Staten Island, will host the show with Bruce Michael, former VP and Creative Producer of the Rockettes.
