Maha Sadhana Yoga Workshop with Sri Dharma Mittra

Join world-renowned yoga master Sri Dharma Mittra for a special master yoga workshop at the Dharma Yoga Center in Manhattan. This 3-hour workshop intensive offers experienced yogis the opportunity to invigorate and deepen their practice with the knowledge and wisdom of Sri Dharma Mittra.  It includes subtle breathing practices to calm the mind, invigorate the body and energize the chakras, as well as healing mantras to stimulate the pituitary gland and subtle consciousness. An extended vinyasa posture flow will stretch, tone and strengthen the physical body, followed by a guided meditation to recharge and rejuvenate the physical and mental systems.  The program culminates in his joyous signature Asana Satsang Jam: Students join in a large circle for Kirtan signing– and those that wish can offer their favorite postures to the teacher, the higher self, and each other.
