Join us for a screening of director Suzanne Wasserman’s documentary film Meat Hooked! (2012) about the rise and fall—and recent rise again—of butchers and butchering in New York. The screening will be followed by a conversation between Wasserman and Joshua Applestone, butcher and founder of Fleisher’s Grassfed and Organic Meats, moderated by Julia Moskin, reporter for The New York Times Dining and Wine section.
