Suzanne Wasserman screens Meat Hooked!, her documentary on the rise and fall and rise again of butchers and butchering. The film examines 200 years of the industry's history, featuring local purveyors Jeffery Ruhalter, a fifth generation master butcher on Essex Street, and Jacob Dicksonof Chelsea Market's Dickson's Farmstand.
