An evening of demonstrations and tastings with Death & Co. co-owners David Kaplan and Alex Day and food writer Nick Fauchald, as they unlock the secrets to the bar’s best and most iconic cocktails.

David Kaplan is the founder and co-owner of Death & Co. Nick Fauchald is a Brooklyn-based writer, editor, and publisher of print and digital products. He's been an editor at Food & Wine, Wine Spectator and Every Day with Rachael Ray magazines. From 2008 to 2011, he was the editor-in-chief of Tasting Table. Alex Day is co-owner of Death & Co. and a former bartender there.
