Honoring Our Mothers and Our Daughters on Mother’s Day

Come learn Torah about women, taught by women, and in celebration of women this Mother’s Day, Sunday May 13, at the Marlene Meyerson JCC Manhattan from 2-4 pm with Rabba Yaffa Epstein (Director of Education, N.A. for the Pardes Institute of Jewish Studies) and Rabbi Amy Kalmanofsky (Associate Vice Chancellor and the Blance and Romie Shapiro Associate Professor of Bible at the Jewish Theological Seminary of America). Bring a mother, a daughter, or anyone who mothers or is mothered, and together we will explore how Jewish texts and tradition give voice to its mothers and daughters.
