Join leading architects for a conversation about the crucial role of museums as spaces to bring people, objects, and ideas together. What does it mean to be a civic space, and how can it foster gathering, belonging, and connection? As The Met is in the process of implementing the most impactful changes to its campus since the construction of its current footprint in 1991, this conversation brings together architects who are leading these projects for the Museum, including new galleries, an interactive children's space, retail and dining spaces, a research room, and a revitalized street-level entrance. Learn about the philosophy and inspiration that shapes their approaches, and the vision for these exciting projects across The Met.
