My Stolen Planet (Film Screening)

A screening of the acclaimed documentary film "My Stolen Planet."

My Stolen Planet, by the award-winning filmmaker Farahnaz Sharifi, tells the personal story of being forced to migrate to a private planet to be free. She buys other people's memories in the form of Super 8 films and records and archives her own to create an alternative history of Iran.

The film premiered at the Berlina International Fim Festival and went on to win many awards making it one of the most acclaimed documentaries from Iran.
