Up N’ Coming with Reformed Wh*res

FRI // NOV 9 // 6:30 PM

Irreverent musical comedy duo, Reformed Whores is bringing you their variety show Up N’ Coming. Join “NYC’s most brilliantly deranged musical duo” for a night of hilarious comedy and variety performances featuring some of the best acts in the country!

If Dolly Parton & Flight of the Conchords got drunk and had a baby, you’d get the comedic song stylings of Reformed Whores. Serving up “southern-fried feminism” across the country, Katy Frame and Marie Cecile Anderson have headlined comedy clubs and opened for the likes of “Weird Al” Yankovic, Les Claypool, and Dweezil Zappa. Their show Grand Ole Cuntry premiered at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, and was hailed by the press as “a magnificently bawdy celebration of female sexuality” and “an empowering shake-down of country music clichés.” The girls have over a million hits on YouTube and their sophomore album “Don’t Beat Around the Bush” debuted in the top 20 iTunes comedy chart!
