A panel discussion exploring the particular challenges faced by women museum directors in their first year, and how their careers have prepared them for their new jobs. Moderating this panel will be Susan Henshaw Jones, Ronay Menschel Director of the Museum of the City of New York and most recently, the new President of the South Street Seaport Museum.
