In recognition of the impending August 13th deadline for New York’s Child Victims Act’s (CVA) “lookback window,” the New York City Department of Records & Information ServicesWomensActivism.NYC and Incorrigibles are hosting a panel to discuss the Act from various perspectives, including legislators, mental health professionals, advocates, and survivors. This diverse panel will discuss the CVA and provide information and resources to encourage survivors of any age to take legal action against their abusers and the institutions that protected them—regardless of their age.
