A born and bred New Yorker, Jill Kargman chronicles and critiques daily life among the 1 per cent on New York’s Upper East Side in her deliciously dark comedy, Odd Mom Out on Bravo.
She’s also The New York Times bestselling author of multiple books, including The Ex-Mrs. Hedgefund and her personal essay collection, Sometimes I Feel Like a Nut. This year she premiered her one-woman show, a heavy metal cabaret at Williamstown Theater Festival, which will transfer to the Café Carlyle in 2017. Her newest comedic essay collection is Sprinkle Glitter on My Grave. She’ll talk about all this, as well as how her faith fits into her life, with Rabbi Peter J. Rubinstein.
