Pacific Northwest Ballet: Petipa Exotique

Pacific Northwest Ballet dancers and dance historian Doug Fullington present excerpts from the works of 19th-century French ballet master Marius Petipa. Revived from century-old dance notation, selections from Petipa’s famed La Bayadère and Le Roi Candaule, as well as his staging of the swashbuckler Le Corsaire, will be accompanied by two violinists performing period scores in the traditional rehearsal medium of 19th-century St. Petersburg. Sun., 7:30pm; Mon., 3 & 7:30pm.
