PERFORMA 2021 BIENNIAL: A Conversation

Performa, New York’s internationally acclaimed performance biennial, returns this October for a city-wide program of live art. Join the organization’s founding director RoseLee Goldberg and curator Charles Aubin for a presentation of its ninth edition, which takes place entirely outdoors with a series of new live commissions conceived for New York.

Exploring the city’s history, communities, and urban environment, the Performa 2021 Biennial includes new works by artists Kevin Beasley, Ericka Beckman, Sara Cwynar, Danielle Dean, Madeline Hollander, Tschabalala Self, Shikeith, and architect Andres Jaque of the Office for Political Innovation.
