Politics and Prosecutors: Where Will the Special Counsel Investigation Lead Us?

Special Counsel Robert Mueller III’s investigation into the Trump campaign and the Russian infiltration of the 2016 election has consumed the public and the President for more than one hear now. Now, with more central players cooperating with the probe, what will the investigation reveal, and when? Will the investigation – and the rule of law – survive regular attacks from the President? And does the Special Counsel bear too much oversight responsibility of our elections and democracy?

Three former prosecutors will weigh in on these questions and more, sharing perspective from experience as top officials in the Department of Justice, the White House, the Southern District of New York, and a state attorney general’s office.
