Pop-Up Persian “Thanksgiving Dinner”

*This event requires a minimum of 30 registered guests by Sunday, November 11 to activate. If the minimum is not met by then, event will be canceled or postponed to a later date”

While New York is often heralded for its diverse food scene, it’s the cooks hailing from around the world that deserve all the credit for enhancing our culinary landscape. One cuisine that remains difficult to find even here in NYC is Iranian food, rich with saffron and herbs, barberries and black limes. On Thursday, November 14th, we’re lucky enough to host a wonderful cook from Tehran to showcase the rich and sophisticated cuisine of her country and to offer the rare opportunity to enjoy a home-cooked Persian feast!

Join New York Adventure Club as we host a pop-up Persian “Thanksgiving Dinner” with Tanabel, a food & events company that employs refugee women with exceptional talent in the kitchen.

Cooked with Nasrin Rejali, our private supper inside a warm and cozy Manhattan apartment will include:

  • home-cooked Persian dinner served buffet style featuring nearly a dozen authentic dishes in the theme of Thanksgiving (see full menu below)
  • An intro to the menu and chefs by Tanabel Founder Hannah Goldberg
  • Complimentary wine throughout the evening
  • communal seating arrangement to help you create new social circles with fellow food-loving adventurers

See you there!

*Attendees with pet allergies should take precaution as the private apartment has a dog
