Rencontre des Auteurs Francophones d’Amérique

For the second consecutive year, the NAC is hosting the Festival of Francophone Authors in America. Thirty Francophone authors will be present for this occasion from Europe, Quebec, the Caribbean, and from several cities in the United States. This year, we are also pleased to welcome authors from extremely diverse origins; Syria, Armenia, Togo, Senegal, and Morocco. This Rencontre will also pay a special homage to Le Petit Prince by Antoine de Saint-Exupéry, on the occasion of its 80th birthday. The Rencontre des Auteurs Francophones was created in 2020 to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Francophonie. This unique network, based in the United States, and dedicated to promoting Francophone authors and culture around the world currently brings together 320 authors from 43 countries and offers a multitude of activities. Please join us to meet the authors as well as Ms. Sandrine Mehrez Kukurudz, a Franco-American social entrepreneur from New York.
