Screening & Panels | Rikers: Innocence Lost

he Incarceration and Public Health Action Network (IPHAN) at the Mailman School of Public Health has organized this event to showcase the short film, Rikers: Innocence Lost, paired with three amazing panels:

The filmmaker and project leaders

Those interviewed in the film with lived experience on Rikers Island

Leaders from grassroots organizations working on the Close Rikers campaign as well as from city government

Towards the end there will be an opportunity to network with organizations represented and find ways to get plugged into the work.

Everyone is welcome! Doors open at 5:30 pm and dinner will be provided.
