Second Tuesday Presents David Breslin, Whitney Museum Director & Curator of “David Wojnarowicz: History Keeps Me Awake at Night”

“David Wojnarowicz: History Keeps Me Awake at Night” is the first major presentation of the work of Wojnarowicz in more than a decade. He was 37 when he died from AIDS-related complications.

The director of the Whitney Museum and a co-curator of the Wojnarowicz show, David Breslin, will talk about Wojnarowicz’s life and work, drawing upon recently-available scholarly resources and the Whitney’s extensive holdings.
