Join us for our second event in Season 4 of How to Build a Fire with hosts Emily Ray Reese and Alena Singleton.

If you look into a fire, you’ll never see the same flame twice. Fire flickers. It dances. It sways. It moves. It is constantly changing and going with the flow. Like fire itself, we here at How To Build a Fire strive to always be dynamic and as such have switched things up for our 4th season. Our 2 dynamic co-hosts, Alena Singleton and Emily Ray Reese, are here to guide us through evenings of stories from a diverse array of voices, including old favorites and newcomers alike. This season, we’ll be exploring themes that reflect our current political climate, themes close to our hearts, the things that make us human, our observations about this city we live in, and many exciting others. We hope you will join us, met some great people, hear some amazing tales, and get that warm fuzzy feeling that comes from not only by sitting by a fire, but from the knowing that we’ve all worked together to build it.
