Sunday Meeting | Anne Klaeysen: Justice January

Let’s get this new year off to a rousing start by grappling with the topic of justice, an idea that has taken center stage in ethics, philosophy, religion, law, and politics for millennia.

What distinguishes it from other moral and political ideas? What are the differences between conservative and liberal justice or punitive and restorative justice? Does it apply only between people who stand in a particular kind of relationship to one another? What do we mean when we stay that we have a social justice mission? Together we will explore these ideas and apply them to actions.
