Sunday at the Met | Ettore Sottsass: Design Radical

Acclaimed designers join the curator of the exhibition Ettore Sottsass: Design Radical  to share their perspectives on the work of Ettore Sottsass. Participants include David Kelley, founder and chairman of the global design and innovation company IDEO and founder of Stanford University’s Hasso Plattner Institute of Design; designer and architect Johanna Grawunder, who worked with Sottsass as a partner at Sottsass Associati from 1989 to 2001; Peter Shire, artist and original member of the Milan-based Memphis Group; and Christian Larsen, curator of the exhibition and Associate Curator of Modern and Contemporary Art at The Met.
