Supports/Surfaces: A Conversation with Marie Maertens & Saul Ostrow

Catch a conversation between Marie Maertens, curator of The Surface of the East Coast, and Saul Ostrow, art critic. Artists and galleries involved in the project will be present at the event.

The Surface of the East Coast is an exhibition that mirrors two different generations of artists: artists from Supports/Surfaces, a South of France artistic movement born at the end of the 1960s, and the 2010s generation of artists in New York. The show will take place in six different venues in Manhattan and Brooklyn: Josée Bienvenu Gallery, Emmanuel Barbault Gallery, Turn Gallery, Ceysson & Bénètière Gallery, OSMOS, and The Chimney.

The catalogue The Surface of the East Coast published by Cercle d’art will be available for purchase after the panel. Read more
