Chick Pea Kootu – Garbanzo beans and tropical vegetables cooked in a thick, rich stew of coconut and spices

Rasam – A savory South Indian soup made in the traditional way with healing spices

Upuma – A tasty gluten free, low glycemic millet dish cooked in medicinal herbs

Kosamali Salad – Tossed moong beans, mango fruit and coriander leaves

… and you get a free one hour seminar and cooking class by Uma Swaminathan – the author of the book:

Herbal Transformations – who will

* Tell you about the amazing health benefits of the meal that you are enjoying

* Give you step by step instructions in a live kitchen on how to make two of the dishes so you can right away cook them on your own

* Explain the exact ingredients and proportions of herbs and spices in two essential masala recipes that will improve your health and vitality

Uma has also agreed to give everyone here that evening a FREE booklet that has all the recipes of the dinner plus everything discussed in her talk so that no-one has to worry about taking notes. PLUS PLUS, she will send everyone a video of the evening’s lecture and cooking demonstration for ABSOLUTELY FREE!

On top of that, I’m giving everyone FREE ADMISSION to the Museum of Interesting Things for anyone who wants to stick around after the dinner. We’ll keep the party running well into 11pm!

This is a celebration! I feel so lucky to be able to give you all this. A dinner like this cannot be found in any Indian restaurant unless you are in India or have an Indian friend who has a grandmother who cooks real traditional Indian food. A dinner like this would be $35 minimum.

In addition, Uma gives her one hour seminars for $40. The booklet and video could easily sell for $50 on Udemy. I charge $10 for my Speakeasy events. So all this can easily go for $130 sold together or separately. But I worked it out with Uma and we both decided to give you all this for only $20!

I’m certainly looking forward to seeing everyone at this very special evening dinner party and celebration!

This is a loungie soho loft….not dinner seating.

In the spirit of a true Speakeasy
