The Art of Living Anthroposophically During the Season of Epiphany

How do we live our daily lives anthroposopically? How do we wake up each morning? What do we think when we look in the mirror or at a sunset or watch a Netflix series? How do we know ourselves anthroposophically? Epiphany moments occur when a new stage of coming into being becomes evident. During the Season of Epiphany between the Holy Nights and Lent, we can bring an epiphany awareness to living anthropsophically in our personal lives and recognize the intimate details of our own process of coming into being.

Lynn Jericho devotes her life to helping others follow the ancient and universal commandment: “O Human Soul, Know Thyself!” For thirty years, she has provided individuals with anthroposophical counseling, and offered many talks, workshops, blog posts, and online courses. After many years in the NYC area, she now lives in Chapel Hill, NC.
